Leadership

My leadership style has been described as coaching, situational and strategic. In the Digital Industry Project, our team worked with a client in the Artificial Intelligence industry to develop a business plan and find potential investors. In order to complete and deliver a valuable report within the 3-week limit, I divided our project into several specific and time-bounded tasks and assigned these tasks to individuals based on their interests and strengths. After reviewing their work, I offered constructive feedback and tailored guidance for each team member's improvement. Additionally, I prepared the contingency plans for each task and worked side by side with them to ensure we were heading towards the same goals.

All my team members recognised my efforts in the project and continued to discuss their academic problems with me or ask for suggestions after the project.
